2012 ENTRY SYSTEM

In 2012 York will only be accepting entries IN WRITING. An email address, fax and text number have been set up for owners, trainers and drivers to use. Any entries NOT in writing, received before the closing date and without the required details will NOT be accepted and will not be included on start sheets and racecards.

Entry Conditions:
1. All entries MUST be received in writing via:

2. All entries MUST detail horse name, owner, trainer, driver and horses grade.

3. All entries MUST be received by Monday 10pm previous to race date.

4. Preference in multiple entry situations will be given to owner.

5. Racecards will be published on www.bhrc.co.uk and www.yorkharnessraceway.com

6. All prize money (subject to BHRC Integrity Testing) will be paid out in cash immediately after racing In 2012 York will only be accepting entries IN WRITING. YORK HARNESS RACEWAY ANNUAL DINNER DANCE
Due to the success of last years event York Harness Raceway have decided to again host an evening of entertainment.
The Dinner dance will be held at The Bridge Inn, Walshford on 3rd March 2012 at 7-7.30pm at a cost of 20.50 per ticket, this includes a 3 course carvery meal and Disco/Entertainment until late.
